You may use Lexaro only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform complies with applicable laws and professional obligations.

2. Accounts and Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized access or suspected security incident.

3. Customer Data

You retain ownership of data you upload or create in Lexaro. You grant us the rights needed to host, process, and transmit that data solely to provide and support the service.

4. Prohibited Activities

• Attempting unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data.
• Using the platform to transmit unlawful, harmful, or deceptive content.
• Interfering with service availability, security, or platform performance.

5. Billing and Subscription

Paid services, if applicable, are billed according to your agreement or subscription plan. You are responsible for timely payment of all applicable fees and taxes.

6. Intellectual Property

Lexaro and related software, design, and content are owned by TechHighway or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable service, but uptime and uninterrupted access are not guaranteed. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes that can affect availability.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, TechHighway is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform. Total liability is limited to fees paid for the service in the relevant claim period, unless otherwise agreed.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or if required by law. You may stop using Lexaro at any time, subject to any active contractual commitments.

10. Updates to Terms

We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of Lexaro after updates means you accept the revised terms.
